"When we hear G4S, we first think about safety and reliability, the safety of the facility and our customers. And the first impression of the facility itself is obtained on the basis of the persons in charge of security because they are in direct contact with customers. Therefore, I must emphasize the very professional attitude of the G4S security officers, as well as a very dedicated and proactive approach to the client's requirements. I would especially like to point out emergencies: organized criminal groups that stole goods of significant value inside the shopping center were caught several times. Also, during the emergency interventions (in cases of fire), our colleagues showed great courage and prevented bigger material damage with their quick reaction", said Radovan Vojnović in front of the management team of the “Promenada”.
He added that, in the next period, they are planning to organize various cultural and entertainment events (such as cooperation with the Serbian National Theater) and that he has no doubt that our colleagues will be up to the task like always.

Tanja, the manager of one of the shops that was targeted by thieves, shared her experience with us: "Two young men took advantage of a moment with larger number of our customers in store and managed to "pack" a significant amount of clothes in just a few seconds. Our security noticed the strange behavior of the suspects and immediately started tracking them. The police were also informed, and in the end, with their help, they arrested the perpetrators”.

Violeta Stejić, G4S security officer in video surveillance, was the first to notice that something was happening and immediately alerted the rest of the team: “The suspects were walking on unusual routes within the facility and that immediately aroused suspicion. I started to follow them more carefully and as soon as I was sure that it was a theft, I alerted my colleagues and you already know the rest of the story", said Violeta with a smile.

"We are putting great effort into raising the security culture in our country to a higher level, by providing the best service on the market. Cooperation with "Promenada" is a great example. We thank our partners for putting safety high on their priority list. At the same time, it is the hope that security will become everyone's primary goal.
